How often do I need these?

The intention of my service is to help you connect with your spiritually and give you tools to foster your own connection to inner wisdom and divine guidance. With that said, the individual experience is meant to receive as needed but no more frequently than 1-2 times a month. You should be able to walk away with tools to foster your connection and work within.

Is this therapy?

Although I am a licensed psychotherapist, this modality is not considered traditional mental health therapy. There is no diagnosis, no formal treatment plan, and no required frequency of sessions or progress notes as you would find in conventional mental health services. The beauty of these offerings lies in their ability to provide an immediate, focused connection for a specific concern and to honor each appointment as a singular, truly needed experience rather than a recurring weekly or bi-weekly commitment. With each experience, you’ll receive meaningful insight and practical tools—suggested practices and sacred techniques—carefully chosen to support and deepen your journey, enhance your evolving self-connection, and strengthen your ability to provide your own spiritual attunements.

Is this covered by insurance?

Because this service is not considered mental health therapy, it is not eligible for insurance coverage. If you are looking to use your Out of Network insurance benefits, reimbursement might be offered through Mood Connection Center. See link for more information.

What is spiritual psychotherapy?

Spiritual psychotherapy blends traditional therapeutic approaches with spiritual insight, intuition, and mind‑body awareness. It supports emotional healing while helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, purpose, and spiritual identity.

How is spiritual therapy different from traditional therapy?

Traditional therapy focuses primarily on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Spiritual therapy includes those elements but also explores intuition, energy, meaning, soul‑level experiences, and the deeper patterns that shape your life. It’s a holistic approach that honors the whole person.

What makes this sacred?

This experience of stillness—slowing down and consciously connecting with your spiritual team—is deeply sacred. It offers a gentle refuge to detach from your phone, ease the pull of responsibilities, and bring your attention back to the sense of oneness. In this held, quiet presence, a field of spiritual healing is invited to arise, making the moment both meaningful and transformational.

Do I have to believe in God or have a religion?

I work with Jesus and my higher power, whom I call God; however, you don’t need to be religious to benefit from my services. This offering is truly for everyone—those who are religious, those who feel disconnected from their childhood faith, those who are new to spirituality, and seasoned mystics alike. Wherever you are on your path—whether navigating a dark night of the soul, experiencing the clarity of being a born-again Christian, or living as a spiritually awakened person—you can gain something meaningful from my work if it feels calm and resonates with you. I encourage you to listen to your inner wisdom and allow it to guide you in deciding whether this is the right service. Trust your instincts, and if you’re unsure how to connect with them, this is an excellent place to begin learning. You’re also welcome to schedule a brief consult so we can speak for a few minutes and you can determine whether my approach is the right fit for you.

Is this approach religious?

No. Spiritual therapy is not tied to any religion. It supports your personal beliefs, intuition, and inner guidance. Clients from all backgrounds are welcome.

How do I know if spiritual therapy is right for me?

You may be a good fit if you’re seeking emotional healing, spiritual clarity, deeper self‑understanding, or support during a life transition or awakening. Many clients come when they feel called to heal on a deeper level.

Do you work with people experiencing a spiritual awakening?

Yes. I support clients navigating spiritual awakening, intuitive development, energetic sensitivity, and identity shifts. Together, we explore your experiences with grounding, clarity, and emotional support.
