If you had told me years ago that I would create a space like Sacred Perspectives, I would not have believed you.

For much of my professional life, I worked as a psychotherapist, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges of being human. I saw the healing that becomes possible when someone is given a safe space to feel seen, heard, and understood.

Sacred Perspectives, however, was born from a deeply personal chapter of my life.

 

When my younger brother passed away from cancer, something within me shifted. In the midst of profound grief and loss, I began asking questions that logic alone could not answer—questions about heaven, the soul, the afterlife, God’s presence, and whether our connection with those we love truly ends when physical life is over.

 

Those questions became the beginning of an unexpected spiritual journey.

 

My search for understanding gradually opened me to a deeper relationship with spirituality. I was drawn to prayer, meditation, spiritual teachers, healers, energy work, and experiences that expanded my understanding of life and the Divine. Some challenged everything I thought I knew; others brought comfort, healing, and a profound sense of connection.  

 

My spiritual path has not followed a conventional route. I was raised Catholic and received the sacraments within the Catholic faith. More recently, Christian communities have continued to deepen my relationship with God, Jesus, prayer, and faith.

 

At the same time, I have explored intuitive development, energy healing, spiritual study, and practices often found outside traditional religious structures. Through these experiences, I have come to believe that the Divine is greater and more expansive than the ways we attempt to define it. I understand that this combination of faith, spirituality, intuition, and energy-based practices will not resonate with everyone, and I deeply respect that.

I did not create Sacred Perspectives to fit into a category. I created it because I felt called to.

 

For years, I wondered how my clinical background, faith, spiritual experiences, and intuitive awareness fit together. With time, trust, and prayer, the path became clearer. Sacred Perspectives emerged not simply as a business, but as a space for thoughtful spiritual exploration, healing, and connection.

 

I hold this work with reverence and humility. I do not claim to have every answer, nor do I seek to tell anyone what they should believe. Instead, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your own relationship with the sacred.
